How To Do It
Double inhale through nose
Inhale deeply through your nose, then at the top, sneak in a second shorter inhale to fully expand your lungs.
Long exhale through mouth
Slowly exhale all the air through your mouth. Make the exhale longer than the inhale.
Repeat 1-3 times
One sigh often works. For sustained calm, do 5 minutes of cyclic sighing.
