Overview

Consume 1.6-2.2g of protein per kg of body weight per day, distributed across 3-5 meals with at least 30-40g per meal to maximize muscle protein synthesis. This is the most impactful nutritional intervention for body composition, satiety, and aging.

How To Do It

    Calculate your target

    Multiply your body weight in kg by 1.6-2.2. Example: 80kg × 2.0 = 160g/day.

    Aim for 30-50g protein per meal. Include a source at every meal.

    Prioritize whole food sources

    Meat, fish, eggs, dairy, legumes. Supplements (whey) to fill gaps.
